Russian Potato Production Line

This case involves a potato washing, peeling, and packaging production line—with a throughput of 3 tons per hour—ordered by a client in Russia. The primary workflow consists of the following stages: washing, peeling, sorting, air-drying to remove surface moisture, and vacuum packaging. The client visited our facility to sign the contract and, upon completion of production, returned for an on-site inspection and acceptance of the machinery; the results perfectly met their expectations. Following shipment, our factory dispatched technical personnel to Russia to install the equipment, and the subsequent trial run yielded results that far exceeded expectations.
