Core Functions
After the fruit and vegetable raw materials to be peeled are evenly fed into the steam peeling machine through the feed inlet, the sealed cavity of the equipment will close quickly. The built-in high-pressure steam generation system instantly releases high-temperature and high-pressure steam, which wraps the surface of the raw materials in all directions and rapidly decomposes the pectin between the peel and pulp of the raw materials by heat to form a natural separation layer. After pressure holding and setting for a few seconds, the equipment completes the pressure relief action, and then thoroughly peels off the peel separated from the pulp through the dual processes of soft peeling roller rubbing and high-pressure water shower. Finally, the peeled raw materials are conveyed to the next processing procedure through the discharge port, and the peel residues are centrally collected and treated through the special slag discharge port, realizing efficient, non-destructive and uniform peeling of raw materials throughout the whole process.
