Core Functions
This machine is used in the blanching process of French fries and potato chip production lines. Blanching serves to deactivate enzymes, preserve color and freshness, reduce enzyme activity, delay oxidative browning, and maintain the bright color of the ingredients.
Pre-cooking and shaping: It pre-cooks the inside of the French fries/potato chips, preventing them from being burnt on the outside and raw on the inside during frying, while also fixing their shape and reducing breakage during the frying process.
Removal of impurities: It washes away surface starch and residual contaminants, preventing starch from scorching at high temperatures, which would affect taste and color, and improving product cleanliness.
Improved texture: It breaks down some cell wall structures, making it easier to achieve a crispy outside and soft inside (French fries) or a crispy texture (potato chips) during subsequent frying, and reducing greasiness.

The equipment is equipped with a professional lifting device, offering two options
Chain lifting and hydraulic lifting. Workers can easily lift the hopper to a suitable height for cleaning and maintenance. In terms of safety protection, the equipment has a built-in high-precision limit switch and a sturdy bumper for double protection: the limit switch precisely controls the lifting stroke to prevent over-travel; the bumper forms a safety barrier during equipment operation and maintenance, effectively preventing accidental collisions and comprehensively protecting the safety of operators.
