Heating System: Adopts gas heating mode, with the core component being an imported Italian RIELLO burner. The burner has a modular integrated structure, which is easy to install and stable in operation. It burns fully with low nitrogen emissions, can accurately adjust the output power to achieve high efficiency and energy saving, adapts to the heating needs of different production scenarios, and has safe ignition and stable operation guarantee.

Stirring System: Built-in special stirring device with adjustable stirring speed. The stirring rod is made of food-grade material, which is suitable for the round pot structure design, with no stirring dead angle, avoiding ingredient adhesion, and not damaging the shape of ingredients. It is suitable for the frying processing needs of various ingredients. The stirring power can be flexibly configured according to the equipment model (conventional 0.37KW-0.55KW).

Specifications

Discharging System: Automatic discharging design, adopting hydraulic drive or electric drive mode, with controllable discharging speed. It can realize residue-free discharging within 30 seconds, with a reasonable discharging angle, facilitating material collection and subsequent processing, effectively improving production efficiency and reducing labor costs.

Equipment Adaptation: Suitable for semi-automatic to semi-automatic production lines, it can flexibly connect upstream and downstream equipment, supporting single-batch and multi-batch continuous production. The applicable output can be adjusted according to the equipment model (conventional single batch can fry 20-70 kg of ingredients). The diameter of the round pot can be selected from 0.8m, 1.0m, 1.2m, 1.5m and other specifications to meet the needs of different large-scale production.

Material and Safety: The round pot and components in contact with ingredients are made of food-grade SUS304 stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant, high-temperature resistant and easy to clean, meeting food production hygiene standards; equipped with an oil temperature control system, which can accurately control the temperature, avoid safety hazards caused by excessive oil temperature, and extend the service life of edible oil. Some models support oil-water separation function to automatically filter residues.

Intelligent Stirring Function: The equipment is integrated with a professional stirring system, which can flexibly adjust the stirring speed according to the type of ingredients, making the ingredients fully roll inside the round pot, ensuring that each portion of ingredients can evenly contact the hot oil, balancing frying efficiency and product quality.
